At Purn, operated by ALFRESCO COFFEE RETAIL GROUP PTY LTD, we provide premium, fully insured logistics services directly to our customers across Singapore. All prices and calculations on our store are listed in United States Dollars (USD).

2. Crucial Timeline Layout (Handling & Transit Time)
We believe in absolute transparency with no hidden delays. Your delivery schedule is split strictly into two phases:
- Order Handling / Processing Time: 1 - 3 Business Days (Monday to Friday). This includes quality verification, secure packaging, and generation of the international tracking ledger. Orders placed before 5:00 PM (SST) will begin processing the same day.
- Transit Time: 7 - 13 Business Days (Monday to Friday). This is the duration from our logistics hubs to your designated address in Singapore.
- Total Estimated Delivery Window: 8 - 16 Business Days from the point of secure payment authorization.
3. Tracking & Delivery Framework
Once your order has been handed over to our premier line-haul logistics partners (such as Singapore Post or local specialized couriers), a confirmation email containing a live tracking link and number will be dispatched to your email (info@purn.shop). Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking portals to initialize status indicators.
4. Address Limitations & Unclaimed Parcels
It is the sole responsibility of the consumer to ensure the correctness of the delivery address at checkout. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, military zones, or restricted secured facilities within Singapore. In the event that a delivery fails due to receiver unavailability or an incorrect address details, the parcel may be held at a local depot. Unclaimed shipments returned to our facility after 14 days may be subject to a reshipping fee, or handled under our standard Refund Policy framework.
5. Force Majeure & Customs Assessments
While we guarantee completely free shipping, local customs inspections in Singapore (IRAS / HSA regulations) might occasionally introduce non-standard delays. Purn is not liable for structural delays resulting from extreme weather conditions, port strikes, or localized customs holding windows.
