You possess a legal window of exactly 30 calendar days starting from the exact timestamped delivery date recorded by the courier tracking network to initiate a formal return request.

2. Return Criteria & Item Status

To qualify for a  free return, your ceramic art or homeware merchandise must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must remain in pristine, unaltered condition, completely unused, and free from any post-delivery fractures or aesthetic damages.
  • The item must be securely encased within its original manufacturer protective packaging (foam braces and external carton boxes) to withstand standard return transit pressures.
  • Proof of purchase (Shopify order receipt or invoice associated with info@purn.shop) must accompany the initial communication request.

3. 100% Free Return Logistics Process

We do not penalize our consumers with restocking fees or return shipping charges. To execute a return:

  1. Initiate contact by emailing our official helpline at info@purn.shop stating your order identification reference.
  2. Our customer care desk will review your submission within 24 hours and issue a pre-paid printable return shipping label along with an assigned Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) ticket.
  3. Affix the pre-paid label securely to the package, and drop it off at the designated Singapore local postal or collection hub as instructed. Do not return shipments to the original shipping address without an approved RMA ticket.

4. Instant 10-Day Refund Settlement Guarantee

Upon physical arrival of your returned parcel at our quality assurance hub, our inspectors will complete a verification assessment within 48 hours. Once verified, the refund loop initiates immediately:

  • Processing Timeframe: We guarantee the refund will be fully authorized, finalized, and processed within 10 Business Days.
  • Payment Routing: The credit will be pushed back directly to the original gateway utilized by the customer during initial checkout (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Note on Banking Delays: While Purn guarantees release of USD funds within 10 days, final posting on your financial statement may vary depending on individual banks or clearinghouses in Singapore (typically 2-5 additional banking days).

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Deliveries

Please audit your ceramic pieces upon unboxing. If an item arrives broken due to international transit stress, take high-resolution clear photographs or a short video clip immediately and send it to info@purn.shop within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a brand new replacement or issue an immediate 100% refund, entirely at our cost.
